Class Management
Teacher has a large framework of pedagogical knowledge where human learn, interact and behave in certain educational situation. This have led teacher to choose strategies to have a high-quality performance.
Class management only can be reached in a harmony environment where students can interact with their partners and their teacher. Likewise, teacher management is the ability of teacher to carry out their classes without disturbs and confrontations. Teacher need planning their lesson to encourage students to learn, interact and reflect since in an discourage class, students will tend to talk and not be interest in learning. Class management can be approached from establishing a safe environment, creating good relationships. Also, the teacher's mastery of their subject is crucial to create high quality materials and learning experiences.
Teaching Large Classes
Teacher always has to plan her classes since improvisation only can work when an issue arises. Lesson plans are an organise work proposal where teacher develop activities and the stage to reach a stablished and mesurable objective. In a large class, teacher will be fine confident if they have planned previously the class.
Group Work
a good way to create dependency between members, so everyone will be encouraged to participate.
Ideal Language Classroom
Students were attentive to the slides and participated in the interactive activities created for Warm-Up and Practice.
In this session I can perform well, having acceptable class management.
